Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by STAM LLC (“STAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

STAM LLC provides credit review and dispute-filing services. We review your credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, identify items that may be inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, and file disputes with the relevant bureaus on your behalf. Services are delivered through our website and client portal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans and Payment

We offer multiple subscription plans, each with different features as described on our Plans page. By selecting a plan and completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with notice to existing clients.

4. Right to Cancel

As required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed up. To cancel within this period, contact us at support@stamllc.com.

After this initial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

5. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report, a specific increase in your credit score, or a specific timeline for results. Outcomes of credit disputes are determined solely by the credit bureaus and furnishers of information, not by STAM LLC. Individual results vary based on the contents of your credit file and the outcome of each dispute.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information and authentic supporting documents
  • Notify us promptly if your contact information changes
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including submitting fraudulent information or disputing accurate information in bad faith
  • Cooperate with reasonable requests from your case specialist

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.

7. Document Uploads

You may upload identification, credit reports, and supporting documents through your client portal. You represent that you have the right to submit these documents and that they are authentic. Uploaded documents are used solely for the purpose of reviewing and disputing items on your credit file.

8. Communications and Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive email (and, if enabled, SMS) communications from us regarding your case status, billing, and account updates. You can manage your notification preferences from your Account Settings, though certain administrative and billing communications cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of STAM LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to outcomes determined by third parties such as credit bureaus, creditors, or furnishers of credit information. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 4.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
